Seize the opportunity to grow your collection of history and genealogy books by participating in our local history book sale.

We are currently selling a large collection of used local, regional, and national history and genealogy books that have been deaccessioned from our Shenandoah Room collection because they are out of date, are duplicates or are unrelated to its mission. All proceeds from this sale will go to support our efforts to collect and interpret local history.

You can view the list of titles available here. All titles have an estimated value, but we are currently accepting all reasonable offers based the books condition and buyers preference. If you are interested in purchasing any of these titles, please contact Archivist Zach Hottel to schedule an appointment. Note: due to the large number of items for sale and storage limitations, we are not able to accommodate walk-in purchases or individuals wishing to browse the items in person.
